Admission Information
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Students must be committed to the absolute Lordship of Christ, through an ongoing relationship with Him, and by a desire to reach greater maturity in Him, in full obedience to His will. The following are needed for evaluation of student:
1. A copy of a high school diploma, or its equivalent, for entrance into the College for the Undergraduate level. High school diploma not needed if student is submitting a college transcript or is auditing (observer).
2. A copy of a Bachelor’s degree, etc., or equivalent, for all levels of the Graduate Programs.
Sealed official transcripts from all previous college-level institutions, sent directly to SCCM. If only high school or GED diploma, send copy of diploma only.
Students are to be actively involved in a local church.
Admission to SCCM is subject to approval by the Admissions Committee, whose decision is final.
To be considered for admission, all undergraduate and graduate students are required to submit the following to the SCCM office:
1. Application for Admission, completed in its entirety.
2. Cover letter stating the student’s educational and spiritual goals.
3. Comprehensive secular and religious resume that includes education, employment, secular and religious seminars attended, church work experience, special training, etc.
4. At the time of application, copies of transcripts from previous learning institutions can be submitted; however, within completion of 30 credit hours from SCCM, official transcripts will be required to be sent directly to SCCM before a degree can be issued to student.
5. Copies of degrees, awards, certificates, etc.
6. $40.00 non-refundable Application Fee.
7. $20.00 non-refundable Evaluation Fee

Contact the office at Evangel Assembly and request an admission packet. You may also make your request by sending an email to: pwilliams@eagcs.org. Complete the application, and return it to Evangel Assembly along with your $40 application fee and your complete resume profile.
NOTE: The three references listed on the application must include the applicant’s pastor and two acquaintances not related to the applicant.
After receipt of the application packet, SCCM will ascertain proficiency to determine placement in the highest program and provide the student with an evaluation letter outlining his/her recommended course of study for the major he/she has chosen.
Registration for upcoming courses must be completed at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled session date. Enrollment is accomplished by paying the course tuition and receiving your course syllabus and study book.
CREDIT FOR LIFE EXPERIENCE
Undergraduate students who qualify may be eligible for Advanced Standing through Life Experience Credit. Life Experience Credit is available at the undergraduate level only for a maximum of 15 semester hours. When applying for admission, those students who desire Advanced Standing should request this in the cover letter. All information submitted for Life Experience Credit must be verifiable. The Life Experience Assessment form must be completed and certified by church leadership.
